In the mid-1990s, GlenEden became the first dedicated breeder of Labradoodles in the United States.

Our original breeding dogs were registered with the American Kennel Club, many with multiple Champions in their pedigree. They exemplified the breed standards in health, temperament, and conformation. All of the dogs used in our breeding program have been OFA certified and many have additional genetic testing. Today we carefully select the Doodles we hold back to add to our breeding program, always focusing on health and temperament to produce wonderful, family-friendly Doodles.

From the very beginning, the health and socialization of our puppies have been the major focus here at GlenEden Labradoodles. We follow a rigorous vaccination and deworming program. The GlenEden Doodle House is first-class in terms of features for the care, safety, and comfort of our babies. It is ventilated, zone heated, air-conditioned, and professionally cleaned daily.

The office in the Doodle House is frequently shared with playful puppies frolicking at our feet. Our adult dogs spend their daytime playing with each other in spacious paddocks and their nights inside our comfortable kennel. The 70 acres here at GlenEden provide a wonderful environment for puppies and adults alike. Visitors to GlenEden often joke that they would love the opportunity to trade places with our dogs!
