(3/23/09) Good Morning Judy - Brady is approaching six months old and is enjoying his life in South Riding. The kids love him and everyday is a wonderful adventure. Enclosed is a picture of Brady playing in snow for the first time. He loves it! He has become quite popular in the neighborhood and we have learned that there are several other Glen Eden Labradoodles in the area. He has already found a friend in Levi. We have heard about the doodle romps at Glen Eden and would love for Brady to experience it. Please let us know when your next one is scheduled. We are also interested in adding a second Labradoodle to our family. My wife, Kelly, would love a chocolate Labradoodle and we think that Brady would love having a friend to play with. We are looking to add to our family in September. Please advise if you are planning to have puppies available at that time. Thank you so much. Brady has truly enriched our lives. (4/29/09) Hi Judy, I thought I'd just send you a quick update on how things are going with our new puppy Kaila. She is doing just great, and the whole family is totally in love with her. She's a remarkable little dog. This week I'm woking from home to help with her transition, which is going very well. We've eased her into crate training ala the "Monks of New Skete method", and she's taken to it quite well. She sleeps in there until about 5:30am without a wimper. She's very curious, and quite persistent. But at the same time, she's also quite compliant. She understand "No!" and has learned her name. She's also progressing well with leash training. I think we'll be looking for another just like her come Oct-Nov. Can you put us on the list? Chris DeSenti Springfield, Virginia
(5/17/09) Hi Judy, Just a few lines to let you know how much we love Ulla (Goldendoodle) and how well she is doing. She is pretty reliably housebroken- any "accidents" at this point are our fault. She is a wonderful companion, playful and yet poised. A little barky this week- I think she just discovered her voice. She comes and sits on command and heels with treats. She is great at ball retrieving! She is well socialized- likes the car, and every single person she meets. She is still too young to be gentle with young children, but is easily controlled on a lease. She loves the cats- they aren't so fond of her puppy ways, but seem to be tolerating her. One of our cats loves being in the crate- but not with Ulla. We can hardly imagine life without our doodle! Many thanks. Best wishes, Jacquie Johnson State College, PA

Judy: Happy New Year. Hope all is well with you and you had a wonderful holiday season. Lucy is doing beautifully. Not sure how we ever got a long without her. She will be nine months old this month. We will try to take some pictures for you soon: She is the most beautiful peachy apricot. We had her spayed back at the beginning of October and she has had her puppy training. We plan to come and visit for Doodle Romp this year, so as soon as you have the date picked out, please let me know so we can plan our trip. Take care. Marita Oliver, NYC

(6/29/09) Hi Judy: Stella is doing great! We love her so much - we've even changed our summer beach vacation spot that we've been to for the last 11 years to a dog-friendly beach so that she can go with us. She likes to travel! She was just spayed this week and is doing well. I've attached a picture of her with the boys...Thank you. Beth Wilson Powhatan, Virginia
(4/7/09) Hi Judy: Just wanted to say hello and let you know how much we are enjoying having Dixie in our lives. She is an absolute treat, we are totally in love with her and having so much fun!! We're attaching 3 photos -- 1 of her in the snow and 2 from our trek on Sunday down to the beautiful cherry blossoms on the mall. We were stopped more times than we could count by folks who wanted to know what breed she was, where we got her, etc...lots and lots of people even wanted to take photos of her! Thanks again for your terrific pick of Dixie for us. Best regards,Rick Smith & Paige Levy McLean, VA
(4/11/09) Hi Judy, Hope you're doing well. I adopted 'the big guy' who I call Apollo from you in January of this year. He was born on 11/1/08 and is a love. I've attached his day care picture that's a few weeks old. He gets bigger by the minute!! ... Thanks again! Turns out that one of his buddies happens to be one of your dogs. She's also a goldendoodle named Bella. I think she's a few months older than Apollo. Her owner is Laura McPherson. Small world! It's so funny because they seemed to have this immediate connection..... now we know why! All the best, Nancy Fine Arlington, VA

(6/10/09) Hi Judy, I thought you would like to see a picture of our doodles after a long walk in Central Park. Charlie is now 6 years old and Gracie is now 6 months old! We loved picking up Gracie in January at Glen Eden and seeing your fabulous farm and of course meeting you. As you can see they are great friends and Gracie (mini goldendoodle) is growing up! Charlie (obviously a standard goldendoodle) is still the boss, but Gracie is always challenging him. I can't begin to tell you the additional pleasure a second doodle is giving us, and I thought that nothing could top our Charlie. Of course, the puppy phase is always a crazy time, but we will get through it. They both need some grooming (they went swimming in the country the day before the picture was taken), but we love them anyway they look. I hope all is well with you and your family. We will continue to update you on our doodle family! Best Regards, Susan Heymann NYC

Hi. Can't believe it's been almost 4 years since we got Shadow in August of 2005. He has grown up to be the most amazing, friendly, cuddly, handsome boy ever. We know everyone says their Gleneden labradoodle is the best dog ever, but Shadow really, really is! He lights up our life everyday with his antics. He enjoys sleeping late on the weekends, adores riding in the car and knows where in the house to sit to ask for his dinner, a treat or a walk. He loves everyone (human and dog alike) and doesn't get it when other dogs are aggressive. When he hangs out outside, there is a steady parade of people stopping by to say hello to Shadow. They even compliment him on his haircuts... Love from Julie, Daniel, Tori, Clayton & Shadow Sasaki Naples FL
(2/7/09) Judy, I was walking Dash yesterday and someone stopped me with the usual question "What kind of dog is that?" These people recognized a labradoodle as they have one, too. They were describing to us what six month old Dash will be like as he grows up and I said that we know about labradoodles as Dash is our second one and explained that you breed excellent dogs so we can't wait to see what Dash grows up to be. And guess what? The people we ran into have a Gleneden doodle, too! When I left the Dad and son, the man was already on the phone with his wife saying "You won't believe this but we are talking to a woman walking a labradoodle that is Andy's cousin! He came from Gleneden, too!" Kathryn Breighner. Harbor Springs, Michigan
(6/21/09) Hi Judy, Here is Maggie - "Out-standing in her field", ever watchful for the BALL - which we can't even spell anymore without her knowing exactly what we are talking about. She could play one for the entire day. She is a daily delight, full of fun and love. She has enriched our lives, and wins hearts everywhere we take her. She is very fit, but very big - 84 pounds with no fat! ...Linda and Wayne Juchatz Kiawah Island, SC
